Graduation and NYC

On May 3, 2008 I officially became a college graduate!!! I graduated from Southern Utah University with my BS in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. My four years spent there went by way too fast! I am going to miss it dearly but am glad to be an official 'grown up'.

Leslie came down with my family so she could be there to help me celebrate (and move)!!!

This is the Psychology graduating class of 2008!

This is me and my honor's stole. I was a part of the Psi Chi (National Psychology Honors Society) presidency and so we all had our position embroidered on our stoles.

This is me and my best friend Leanne. We met freshman year in the great ole' (and soon to be demolished) Manzanita C2!!!

The week after graduation my friend Shalie and I spent 5 days in New York City. We did everything we could think of while we were there.

This is the New York skyline from the ferry that took us to Liberty Island and Ellis Island.

We went to Times Square.

We went to St. Patrick's Cathedral.

We went to my favorite store ever... Tiffany's!!!!!

We went on a carriage ride through Central Park. Our driver was named Amith (he was from Ireland) and the horse was named Roger.
We saw Wicked! It was AMAZING!!!!

I saw one of my favorite paintings in the world. Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh.

We went to Ground Zero. It is now just a huge construction site.

We went to the Statue of Liberty and went inside of it.

We also went to Ellis Island.
We did a whole lot more, I just don't want to put up all of the pictures. Over all it was pretty fun.
